Brandon Sharp

Brandon has been working in the fitness, health and wellness industry for over a decade, specializing in weight management, nutrition, general exercise program design, and post rehabilitative exercise programming. Brandon offers an array of services ranging from personal training, sport specific training, rehabilitation, group training, and nutritional consulting.

Kelsey Gooden

Kelsey specializes in pre and postpartum fitness and is currently working on becoming a Women’s Fitness Specialist through NASM. Kelsey leads group training sessions as well as personal training sessions, and pre/post-partum fitness training.

Todd Gehrs

Todd has over 20 years and 50,000 hours of training experience. Todd’s primary focus is athletic training. He has worked professional, amateur and youth athletes in a range of sports. He also specializes in senior fitness, Parkinson management, mobility/flexibility implementation, corrective exercise, stress management, weight loss management, and nutritional consulting.
